• AirMDR will perform remediation actions authorized by the customer
• Customers are responsible for providing input, feedback and taking actions when an alert is escalated.

Our alert triage is highly automated. And, we will promptly incorporate feedback into our natural language playbooks and processes to eliminate false positives and to ensure rapid response.

Yes, you will get access to our portal - which will show every alert you are getting in one place. And, a detailed write up on how that alert was investigated, all the additional context that it was enriched with, the conclusion drawn, and the appropriate next steps to respond and remediate.

The AirMDR security team trains this AI analyst. We are constantly teaching our AI analysts new skills and playbooks. 

Our primary focus is on providing the best investigation and response services in the industry.  If required to do this and requested by the customer, we may perform other tasks and services as requested and needed.  Examples include: threat intel and monitoring, vulnerability scanning, SIEM management, compliance assistance and more.  These services may or may not come with an additional cost as negotiated with the sales manager.

For standard deployments there are no additional onboarding fees.

Dependent on client scheduling, deployment and initial value can usually be completed in under two weeks with full onboarding completed within 4 weeks of access credentials.

Yes, this service and discount is based on an annual contract.

There are no limits. AirMDR focuses on reducing mean time to detection (MTTD) and mean time to remediation (MTTR) through the use of AI-powered automation.  When we find tasks human analysts are doing, we look for ways to automate those operations.  Typically, we automate more than 90% of a traditional SOC operation.

Businesses operating in the USA that are between 50 and 5,000 employees. Please contact AirMDR for additional programs if these parameters make your business ineligible for this promotion.
