Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are offered by AirMDR, Inc. ("AirMDR," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of airmdr.com and our other websites that link to these Terms (the "Site"). They also govern the AirMDR Security Alerts text message program (the "SMS Program"). By using the Site or enrolling in the SMS Program, you agree to these Terms.
Your organization's use of AirMDR's managed detection and response services and platform is governed by its written agreement with AirMDR, not by these Terms. If these Terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- •Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the systems that host it;
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related system; or
- •Use the Site in a way that violates any law or the rights of others.
2. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, belong to AirMDR or its licensors. You may view and print Site content for your own informational use. You may not use our trademarks or logos without our prior written consent.
3. SMS Terms
3.1 Program
AirMDR, Inc. operates the AirMDR Security Alerts SMS Program for designated security contacts of AirMDR customers. Messages notify you of potential security incidents affecting your organization, so they can be verified and contained quickly. The program also sends related messages such as enrollment confirmations and replies to HELP or STOP.
3.2 Replies
Some messages may ask you to reply, for example to confirm whether activity is expected or to respond to a proposed containment step. How AirMDR acts on a reply is governed by your organization's agreement with AirMDR.
3.3 Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with the number of security incidents. Message and data rates may apply.
3.4 Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or contact security@airmdr.com.
3.5 Enrollment
You enroll by entering your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages on our enrollment form. Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of purchasing AirMDR's services.
3.6 Delivery
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. SMS alerts supplement, and do not replace, email notifications to your organization's designated security contact.
3.7 Your number
You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you enroll, or be authorized by the subscriber. Tell us promptly if you change or give up that number.
3.8 Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number and consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Disclaimers
The Site and the SMS Program are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site or the SMS Program will be uninterrupted, error-free, or timely.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirMDR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or the SMS Program. Nothing in these Terms limits AirMDR's obligations under a written agreement with your organization.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California, USA.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site or the SMS Program after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
